Blueburry Muffin















很多天沒開爐了, 一早起來當然要搓麵團啦. 等待發酵時當然要善用時間, 快快手便焗了數個Blueburry Muffin了!

我弄過很多次的muffin, 但往往有一種”行”味, 可能係baking powder 的味, 好困難整到街買的味道,現請問可否看看你的食譜. Thank you

我用了"美味DIY"的食譜,不過將紅莓醬轉做藍莓醬,你都試試呀.
