牛油 100g朱古力 60糖 50g雞旦80g帶皮榛子粉30g低筋麵粉 45g榛子果仁 50g1. 榛子果仁用150爐度火烘香(約5分鍾),之後壓碎2. 朱古力座熱水溶3. 牛油放軟打滑,與溶朱古力拌勻4. 旦加糖打至杰身,旦槳可勾劃花紋.與(3)混合5. 加入榛子果仁碎粒,榛子粉及己篩過的麵粉6. 倒入muffin模,入預熱180度焗爐焗20分鐘.
