Focaccia















Focaccia是十分簡單的意大利麵包, 簡單得可說是基本麵團加些herbs & sea salt便成了, 焗好後的Focaccia加少許olive oil & vinegar來吃, 味道是一流的. 今次我也只是加herbs, sea salt & dried tomato, 而麵團中的olive oil份量也由tomato oil取代. 味道如何? 淡淡蕃茄香的Focaccia當然合我口味啦!

昨天我以一個新型像出現在同事面前, 哈, 就是將一個長曲髮剪得短短的, 有層次的短曲髮. 同事笑說我受了什麼刺激, 為何惜得剪掉長髮啊. 其實我早就想剪一頭清爽的短髮了, 沒有受什麼刺激, 也沒有惜得惜不得, 總之就是想剪短它, 就是這麼簡單! 我自己就很滿意這個summer look, 難得連平時只會揶揄我的上司也說這個"碌"不錯啊!

這個RECIPE材料十分簡單...

Bread Flour 200g
Water 120-130g
Yeast 4g
Salt 4g
Sugar 8g
Olive oil 15g

1. 搓好麵團後發酵45mins
2. 排氣及稍稍捍平成四方或圓型
3. 在麵團面用手指隨意及輕輕插入麵團,成一個個小孔 (這個step好似幫麵團做按摩,好開心呵!)
4. 再在麵團面灑herbs, sea salt
5. 發酵30mins後,掃olive oil係面
6. 入預熱190度焗爐焗10-15分鐘

(我就於第一次發碟後再加了dried tomato在麵團內.而且亦用了tomato oil代替olive oil,所以焗好後包包膚色好古銅啊!)

我都真係好喜愛focaccia呀,材料雖然簡單,但係味道就很不平凡呀,我之前試過跟你用浸蕃茄乾的油來做,真的更香更有特色,謝謝你的推介!
嘻,我而家想像緊你的summer look呀,唔知係點既呢@_^,好想睇下呀......

甜蜜屋:herbs係香草,你可以用basil,rosemary或thyme都得.係好多supermarket都有得賣. Dried tomato都係supermarket有,係一樽用油浸的蕃茄乾.
